1. Return Window
Returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt of the product.
Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return:

- Item must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used items
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items exposed to dishwasher or water damage
- Natural wood grain variations
Wood is a natural material; variation in texture or color is not considered a defect.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

- Include order number and clear photos
Approved claims may qualify for replacement or refund.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
