We sell premium wooden kitchenware, including bamboo chopping boards and wooden trays.
Due to the natural characteristics of wood:

• Grain patterns, textures, and color variations are normal
• Minor variations are not considered defects
• Product images are for representation purposes only

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time
• Payment must be made in full at checkout
• Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States.
Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Weather disruptions
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our separate Refund Policy page. By making a purchase, you agree to that policy.

7. Product Care & Limitation of Responsibility

Wooden kitchenware requires proper care. We are not responsible for damage caused by:

• Dishwasher use
• Prolonged soaking in water
• Exposure to extreme temperatures
• Improper storage
• Failure to follow care instructions
